SriLankan ban Three Coins, serve Horse Urine
On my recent two flights on UL, I was surprised to find out that the local Three Coins all malt lager is no longer being served (despite the menu cards praising this particular beer - and rightly so).
Instead, they now push a global brand of horse urine that tastes (or is supposed to taste) the same from Albania to Zimbabwe.
I began to dig and am told that UL's chairman has personally ordered Three Coins off the UL trolleys.
Now why would that be..... I trust there are no personal favours involved, of course.
