anybody have any idea about the policy of being a female pilot in MAS? 
I mean, are they really confident to take female pilots?some say..no. some say mas is still thinking about it.

MAS recently advertised for Female Cadet Pilots so they are moving in the right direction at last. So give it a try and apply. Also, Air Asia currently have no problems with female pilot recruitment.
