Fantastic planning!
May I ask, when and where are they going to get the planes? Amd more importantly the pilots.
Anyway, heard that Toady's going to be removed, along with the MD. Cabin crew has a new lady GM, the acting cabin crew GM moved to corporate services. Heard anything else?

And why not employ people that are suitable for the job and not because they are MUSLIM and MALAY???
Oh that's right...Malaysia is still a 3rd world country believing they are a developing nation....

I have had batch mates that have had LOWER marks in both flying and exams (failed up to 4 times CA 6) BUT because they are MALAY and MUSLIM they are now working for our national carrier...
Tell me why we have 3 classes in Malaysia?
Doesnt being MALAYSIAN mean a citizen? Everyone treated equally?
In a western country it does...

I am sorry things are like this. But your country's name is MALAYsia. My advise, accept it and live with it. If not it's going to stress you and soon enough you'll be sick (mentally more than physically).
Anyway, in MAS "others" have been given chances too. Look we have Zero2 One, still going strong despite all the mess with his projects. All that money could have been used for other things, like a hefty bonus thats due to you.
With reference to para 1, if you cannot accept it, then leave MAS or MALAYsia. Remember 5 of 69? Not worth it. Malaysia is still peaceful despite being runned by people who in your words are not suitable. And MAS still running despite being runned by people in the same mould.
Other countries also got class divisions what. USA, they have whites, blacks, others and terrorists. In India, in China, all have class problems. So what now? Either live with it or ship out . You know, your batch mates that got lower marks than you will one day be your IP or AE or chief pilot, or even worse your SVP ! It'll break your heart, while you, the smarter, apparently better flyer, more qualified, is left to wallow in your misfortunes of being born in the wrong country.
Come out of this rut Brudda. I think you should go to airlines in the far east. CAL and KAL are looking for pilots. Mid East airlines looking for pilots. You might even consider AA if you want to stay in.
Whatever it is, just get out of that rut you are in...yeah, sometimes life sucks, but dont get sucked man...

I have given up the fight for MAS now. I have come to realise that working for this company would only continue to shoot myself in the foot.
Until MAS understand the importance of their staff and how low morale is in every department then MAS will continue to slide further and further under...
Staff either make or break a company. We all know which way MAS are going...
