Anyway, in MAS "others" have been given chances too. Look we have Zero2 One, still going strong despite all the mess with his projects. All that money could have been used for other things, like a hefty bonus thats due to you.
With reference to para 1, if you cannot accept it, then leave MAS or MALAYsia. Remember 5 of 69? Not worth it. Malaysia is still peaceful despite being runned by people who in your words are not suitable. And MAS still running despite being runned by people in the same mould.
Other countries also got class divisions what. USA, they have whites, blacks, others and terrorists. In India, in China, all have class problems. So what now? Either live with it or ship out . You know, your batch mates that got lower marks than you will one day be your IP or AE or chief pilot, or even worse your SVP ! It'll break your heart, while you, the smarter, apparently better flyer, more qualified, is left to wallow in your misfortunes of being born in the wrong country.
Come out of this rut Brudda. I think you should go to airlines in the far east. CAL and KAL are looking for pilots. Mid East airlines looking for pilots. You might even consider AA if you want to stay in.
