Lion Air Takes OVer Myanmar MD80 Ops

Seems that Lion Air will soon take over the MD80 operation from Myanmar Airways previously run by Orion. Will Lion Air keep the current expats working for Myanmar or are they now unemployed and looking ? Thanks.
