fixed salary, average allowances , tax , average hours. captain`s and fo`s take.
working conditions, people and operations .

Over on the Middle East forum you tell us you have been offered a job in Dubai paying AED 15000 per month tax free plus accommodation ,school fees, and utilities all paid for.

In Silk Air you will pay tax,school fees and accommodation and utilities out of your salary which will leave you far less than AED 15000 equivalent. Don't even consider Silk Air in that case.

Personally I would far rather live in Singapore than Dubai but not at that price.
