Thai Airways & SIA

G'day,

Does Thai Airways accept direct entry pilots or perhaps cadets? I've checked their website and it's not in English. If someone can read Thai and explain to me the minimum requirements for D/E and cadetship application, that'd be greatly appreciated. If they hold a cadet scheme, am I allowed to try out for it as I'm holding an Australian Passport, no other passport.

About Singapore Airlines, do they have a Sydney base for pilots? As in can pilots choose to stay in Sydney as their permanent base.

Cheers,

Capt. J

Sorry mate but as far as I know TG only employ Thai National Pilots. They do have a cadet scheme, but the same rule above applies. For more info you might like to look at www.thaipilot.com
