Doubts

Could some1 help me with these, please.

The great circle track X - Y measured at x is 319° , and Y 325° Consider the following statements
A) Northern hemisphere, Rhumb line track is 322° .
B) Northern hemisphere, Rhumb line track is 313° .
C) Southern hemisphere, Rhumb line track is 331° .
D) Southern hemisphere, Rhumb line track is 322°

FL 150 , TAS=250 Kts , OAT= -12Degree Icing will occur-
a. Over flat terrain, away from fronts, moderate to severe Mixed Ice
b. Pushed by clouds against the mountains, moderate to severe Mixed Ice
c. Moderate to severe Rime Ice

Flashing green lights to a/c already taxing on ground means???
(since it is already taxing, what does it imply??)

c. Moderate to severe Rime Ice

0deg to -7deg Severe Ice
-7deg to -12deg Moderate Ice
-12deg to -20deg Light Ice
-20deg to -40deg Very LightIce
And from -10deg to -40deg Rime Ice Occurs
Mixed Ice (Rime + Clear) occurs when there is wide range of water drops. Since it is not mentioned. Rime Ice would be appropriate in general conditions. But Icing range should have been Moderate-Light.

D) Southern hemisphere, Rhumb line track is 322°

And last one is still Clear to Taxi. Correct me if i'm wrong on this one.

Its unfortunately sad on the same time very frustrating to say that barring 3 ppruners no one has ever posted a single question asked in recent CAE Indigo assessment from May onwards...Even last time in June attempt, the exam was taken for full 5 days and not even a single person has posted about it.

It was clearly mentioned in QB-1 that even a 15 question per person would have provided original compiler of Question Bank enough ammunition to spoon feed every reader of this thread but sadly there was not single pilot reverting back with email.

QB-1 was made from contribution of those pilots who took personal choice of putting effort for others and distribute questions asked on this very thread or email it to the person who started compiling it.

For those who are searching or requesting for QB-2.

Read back all the pages of this thread and you will get fair idea of questions compiled in QB-2.
QB-1 has been posted in this thread too...just incase someone is looking for it.

QB-1 is for all.

All the best.

@Johny Boy - I'm looking for QB1. Is it in this thread in the form of questions in posts or is it compiled in some document that I can download it from somewhere? If you have it on document form, can you email it to me. If yes, I'll send my email address to you. Else i'll just hunt the thread.

@ Johny Boy
I second your conclusion that nobody significantly has contributed to the question banks for June Attempt. I myself posted around 65-70 question,I could recollect only those after the assessment. Do you have the QB 2? PM if you do have.!

P.S. Are you appearing for the July Assessment??

Thumbs up

Flashing Green Lights to aircraft taxing on ground: The suitable option was to continue taxiing and enter the runway holding area.
