Australia Based DEFO's
Hello,
Can anyone elaborate on the deal with Oz basings at the moment. Is there a need to recruit at this present time or in the future. And whats the process to get there regarding the interview for a DEFO vs SO. I have researched my options in Hk, but wish to explore how the situation works in Oz. Have nearly 3000 jet over 40T, with 2000 Jet Command, 14000 hours and school aged kids and am looking for a better life.
I'd happily go to hong kong but keen to know opinions of whether it can be done, or is it a wait your turn number. I know the money is more to be in Asia, and i understand that that is the incentive for people to consider home basings undesirable. My situation could take either.
