Hey,I have applied about a week ago,so my waiting will be even longer. Also sent them an email saying that I'm willing to take the assesments anywhere, anytime,as I have some flexibility with air tickets and stuff(uncle is a capt.).So I hope I get the call.

hey,my options were Hong Kong 1st,and London 2nd,however,I've emailed the recruitment department saying that I'm available to go anywhere.I chose Hong Kong before London simply because I've just missed the london assessments,so I thought the next could have been the main base(not sure,).I actually live in london.
At the moment I'm slowly preparing for it,for a eventuality of being called.
Either way,I'm not dropping plan A,which is jump on the best flying school my pocket can afford, and get going,as the odds with Cathay are very high, not coming here self defeated, but I'm realistic...!if it does take 8 weeks, should be enough time to do a proper preparation, infos are everywhere on the net,and the rest is called luck,go with confidence, charisma, and above all ,believe.

If there's a course starting in december,I hope they start testing people again in the next week or two, well, one can speculate
