Future CX Pilot Recruitment
Hello,
I understand that there can be no definate answer to my question, but judging from the condition now, will pilot recruitment at CX increase in future (next 5 to 10 years or so)?
Are minimum requirements ever going to lower from 3000 hrs? How are things looking at the moment for CX? Your replies would be greatly appreciated.
