Hey, Medw,
I am sorry to hear that, man. For some reason I was under the impression that you were hired. Hope it was a "thanks, try again" type rejection.
What do you think went wrong?
Spektor.

Medwin, I'm so sorry for you. I know you put in so much effort and dedication to your study and preparation as with many others that couldn't make it. Sometimes I don't know why CX can't see that. Guess only they know what they want.

Well, I know I passed the medical because right after my medical the Dr. told me that "you're a healthy man and you can put this portion behind you now, nothing to worry about your health". I have a feeling it was my sim ride because on my 1st approach I lost 300 ft while configuring and I kept saying I'm correcting but I didn't get the altitude back ti'll the G/S intercept. I heard from a lot of people that some guys did worst than what I did in the sim, some guys crashed the sim on landing and still get the job, oh well I'm not trying to find an excuse. I just don't get it.
And the technical questions are really no big deal because I studied for 5 months and I felt that I was really prepared, the only tech question that I couldn't explain was "what's the difference between gross performance and net performance?"
I don't have the official letter yet but I will let you know as soon as I get it.
This is the only airline I want to work for so even if I get the "no more" letter, I will try to apply as a flight attendant and work my way up (no disrespect to FAs, I'm just being honest.)
In the mean time, I'm going to have a drink to ease the pain.
