DESO Training Start Dates
Looks like they are moving a bit ahead of schedule with there start dates.
I was told to expect my start date in eary first quarter of 06 and found out today that it will probably be as early as Nov 05. Anyone eles get the same news?

I had my 2nd stage in Feb and was told to expect Jan/Feb 06. Got the call last month, now start in Aug!! 
I don't really know why so much sooner than originally thought, but to be honest, I don't care. No more waiting. Believe me, it is a great feeling.

This is killing me! CX offered me a job last year, but are taking so long to offer a course date (expected 06) that I have received several job offers (and start dates) from other mainline UK airlines in the meantime. I only went along to these others out of a sense of curiousity but it is very difficult to turn down job offers on the basis of what is after all only a promise.
Last time I phoned CX I was told emphatically that there was no chance of an earlier course and not to bother phoning for at least 3 months (in the nicest possible way of course).
I hope you guys aren't trying to wind me up!

My group interviewd in HKG in mid April for the DESO... when I called last night they mentioned to me that this change in schedule had just occoured the same morning... infact she mentioned it might be as soon as Oct, but not later than Nov.

Actually ixion17 while I may usually see the lighter side of things, this is one thing I don't joke about. I keep in contact with the others that were in my group and one other also has a start date. No news for the others yet, they too were told early 06, but I am hopeful it will be very soon. I need some mates to go drinking with, sorry to study with.

No, no course date... just a planned course date.... spoke with Monica Chang... she said she will call me next month for Oct or call me in Aug for the Nov course date...! Will keep you all advised!
