I'm not surprised with 28,000 applications for Speedbird 4 months ago... Wonder if TUI will still take 30 or if their business model/funding allows for more.

2000 interviews (assuming digital interview?)
30 cadets taken

There is unlimited time to answer the questions. However, your time taken is also taken into account in scoring (i.e. time and accuracy is scored). This is explained in the introduction before you...

The wording on the page has updated, but the job advert isn't live on their jobs page I don't think. There are probably some hardworking and nervous IT people trying to get it up and ensure the load...
