Tirana, the most common base to be sent as a new joiner. Mostly 4 sector days to and from Italy. Highest turnover of both flight and cabin crew. Albanian operations are interesting to say the least.

Wizz UK has become a training outfit for the likes of Jet2 and BA. 40% annual turnover of FOs. I can't work out why, 2 sector days and competitive salaries point to deep culture or rostering issues.
