So why doesn't he go and get a job outside of Q link?
If he was competitive enough to get a place in the cadetship then I am sure he will be able to get another job in GA.

Does anyone know what the ratio of direct entry vs cadets is anyway? Seems to me that line of progression is closed to the GA pilots.

Makes sense doesn't it. Paying pilots 40k less the first year...
