No PAX said there was a G/A. I doubt any of them know what a G/A is. One of them describes after an event flying upwards then the aircraft pitching down. Which matches the aborted G/A story posted...

Yeah the tail fin looks like it has a massive gash running top to bottom. But i think it must be reflection of airfield surroundings.
