The pushing button TOGA instead of button AT/OFF is reason for confusion on low altitude. Sometimes it happens on 737. May be it was source for event?

Tu134 minima is CAT2 (DA100', RVR 350m). Autopilot must be off below 100' (manual landing only). Samara UWWW can provide CAT1 only (DA200).

May be it's only manual mode for VOR/DME and only GPS updates for FMS. But our 757 Fleet has GPS and AUTO/MANUL mode for VOR/DME. First time I can see 757 VOR/DME control panel w/o this button....
