I heard Air Canada offered free flights to controllers (or highly reduced prices) a number of years ago, but Nav Canada turned it down saying the whole company gets it, or no-one gets it.

I still loved it in Dubai though. Does Abu Dhabi have more traffic than Dubai though? I would have thought otherwise, although I've never looked at the levels.
