what hardware do i need to convert my VHS tapes to DVDs??

Bit clueless, can some please spell out to me what I need, other than a VHS player, PC and DVD-re writer in order that I can convert all my VHS tapes into DVD format using a PC.

Question why does the nose of a SEP go to the right when pwr is idle?

I fully know the reasons why the nose goes up and to the left when pwr is added, however why does the nose go to the right when pwr is reduced. assuming amercian engine.

the use of carb heat when stalling?

Is this advisable whilst stalling, as reaching for the carb heat takes a few seconds prior to SSR- versus, limited time at idle power anyway.

what are your thoughts??

my computer has gone to heaven!!

Hi guys my old gateway P2 pc has gone to heaven. I'm now split between buying a new one, or repairing the old one!!

I dont have much money to spend on a new one!! The monitor is still good as is...

speeds for a PA28-140!

What speeds do you teach (in knots) for the base and final approach/ Vat??

Whats the order of events on base do you do? For instance, lower flaps 2 stages then get speed correct??

best multi books??

Not flown a twin now for ages. Any recommendations which book is the best to learn from?? I see theres one written by Campbell and another by Robson. Any thoughts??

Question VRPs and Garmin GPS

Has anyone got a program where I can download all the VRPS into my GPS??? I know I can input them from the Lat/Long position, but this takes time!!

A student with only 10 hours isnt going to be able to tell by the engine sound whether he's climbing at full power or only has 2200 rpm set, unless his hand is on the throttle.
