Knowing where they SHOULD sit does not equate to WHERE they sat. The pilot was right to get the identity.
Otherwise a lawyer would have easily wriggled out of that on a technicality.

I also have the email from 22gp and CAA, the ATPL(H) credits are valid 7 years. The ones that died last April were the IR credits. It was from a couple of years ago.
