Last year was their first trial on Pre-Quilify Cadet,
Requirement simular to Cdt program, except require CPL and 200 hours.
Same selection process, and training will be 3 months only.

It all depends on which HR personal you met, some are nicer than other. They could be at any stage of the interview.
So don't expect 1st stage is always easier.
