Contingency Power

Concorde engines had contingency ratings and I think the TSS certification regulations had relevant definitions. However I do not know where you might find a set of TSS now.

Museum near IAD

This is a must see place. Been twice so far and will go again when in Washington DC.
If staying at some nearby hotels many run a shuttle bus to museum, and you miss the parking charge.
