The cargo fire suppression system's main function is to deal with a fire whilst in the air.
On ground the door would have to function correctly for ground fire crews to deal with the fire.

You should allways reach TBO with possibly minor problems e.g. starter, alternator etc, but the engine core could probably do twice TBO if not more. I have heard of engines running longer than this...

If your engine is being properly maintained its reliability should not be affected by what power settings and weight you are using if they are within the limits of the airframe and engine parameters....
