If there are any mx tech on here can you tell us if the Stab trim cut out switches are connected to the MCAS system ie will the switches in the cut out position actually stop the MCAS from trimming...

I dont think your allowed to use a gps device in the pax cabin, at least in the US but I have seen it work with a guy sitting next to the window then he shut it off... I have used it in a cessna...
