How on earth can a half hourly shuttle bus between the Cardiff and the Airport possibly be financially justified? They have already tried a dedicated service and it didn't generate enough traffic....

FYI.....Rhoose / Cardiff International Airport railway station is nearly complete: it is a 10-15min shuttle bus trip from the airport....
