In our Operations department, we usually call the Center in which the departure aerodrome lies. They can also give a confirmation number (I think it's called a CID number)

Hi,

Anyone know what was wrong with the Eastern Airways Jetstream that landed at EGLF about 20 minutes ago? I assume it was a divert as there was no FPL in the system.

Don't know the details of how they make their money, but at a guess, I would say that it was a combination of a "managment fee" charged to the aircraft owners, and/or adding a percentage to all bills...
