Not too sure if this is the right forum for my question, but here goes anyway!
Does Boeing, have a company operated airline etc etc for transporting employees around all the sites? If so, what aircraft do they operate including any biz jets?

Andy,
as far as I can remember, Boeing operate 6 aircraft. These are:
N344BA / N345BA / N346BA / N495BA (Challenger 604)
N349BA (BBJ)
N737BZ (BBJ Demonstrator - the one which is in all the BBJ publicity photos).
