I've perfected the art of being able to listen to the FO, 121.5, ATC, and a film on the iPad ( headphones under headset )

I think ATC do a great job, it must be hard listening to all nationalities of pilot wanting this and that, and at the end of the day its them who are the first line of defense in preventing accidents...
