Looks like I'm talking to myself here but anyway...... I'm now told the Celtic fans were all told on Friday that no charges will be made against them. It may be announced tomorrow.

Anybody who knows anything about law will tell you that this means that the case is by no means solid....

I think the point is whether there was disorder. All reports this morning from passengers are stating that there was not.
If somebody smoked in the toilet, I presume the aircraft is not...
