Handling at NCL

MAN Despatcher: Generally Servisair handle the "cheapies" and Groundstar handle the "quality".

Division of work in NCL at the mo is about 60% Groundstar / 40% Servisair.

Just a thought........

Just to put the recoed straight...
The delay stats do Not include LIAC and ATC.
There are 168 BA departures out of NCL every week, shortly to rise again come August.
The longest turnaround time...

A quick note to Heinz... if you heard the BAL...

A quick note to Heinz...
if you heard the BAL 767 calling Servisair your radio must be on the blink... Groundstar handle Britannia in NCL!
Groundstar ops NCL: 122.05mhz

...and BAL's NCL prog...

An interesting fact...

The top BA station (puntuallity) in the UK is NCL - By a long way!

NCL is also the only station (of any size) in the UK where BA contract out their handling....

NCL-DUB loads are very inconsistent. Sometimes a/c is overbooked sometimes you can't see the pax for the empty seats! They are generally getting better all the time though and a downgrade to a J41 is...
