That seems low for F100/E190 Captain at Alliance given the current climate. NJE about to vote on new EBA with E190 Capt from July 2023 will be around $210k base.

NJE have their own engineering and spare parts...

NJE have their own engineering and spare parts arrangement for the E190. Have done so since day one I believe.

REX are ok with the QF/QQ tie up provided access to the the E190/Q400 simulator...

E190, you could probably count them on 2 hands! E170 on the other hand a few more to the mix plus all the unemployed folks that went to the US.
