When people say "left behind" they didnt really. They are talking about HUMVEES which actually belonged to the Afghan military. The US stopped using HUMVEE operationally in Afghanistan years ago....

I have a good friend out in Kabul now. He is saying the processing is what is the difficult part. All very well brining out soldiers but for some parts its not the best people for the job.
