Should DGCA remove 5 year validity of flying hours for cpl conversion ?

This rules make no sense ,it has no logic .two people with a foreign CPL ,one converts his to DGCA CPL and does nothing for 5 yrs .the other pilot does not even come to India for 5 yrs .now after 5...

Hi , I've emailed Dgca requesting them to remove the 5 year window for 200 hours.this rule makes no sense . A cpl holder can fly after 10 yrs rest without any issue , just gotta do the recency ....

It's a very common issue with many student pilots...

It's a very common issue with many student pilots , you can email Dgca and civil aviation to remove the 5 year window. They have made consideration in the past.
