Should note that this isn't included in the ATPL as obviously it's not needed since those cadets get a CPL/ATPL, which include the privileges of a PPL.

As far as I know, the CAA in the UK see it case by case, so you may still be accepted for Class 1. The only way to find out would be to go and get assessed I suppose.

It's just a personality assessment (I think EZY calls it a "shapes test" in the email). Don't stress over it, just answer honestly, otherwise they'll see right through you in the interview.
