There appears to be a lot more than 'usual' EK aircraft sitting on the stands and C stands than would normally be seen.

For FO's it's actually written in the manuals...

For FO's it's actually written in the manuals that if you fail a command upgrade you will only be employed as FO for a maximum of 24 months from point of failure. Not sure how strict they adhere to...

Best solution for FO's facing a steep authority gradient is to just tell the PIC he is welcome to be PF on both sectors it will save a lot of hassle for you and besides there are tons more flights...

That latest YouTube video is by far the best angle I've seen to date and confirms for me the aircraft is not stalled, that is a direct pushing down if the nose it clearly shows.
