Gf had a shortage Of staff earlier this year and salaries were much lower with only 30+ aircraft. They are in a good enough position to ride out the pandemic.

I predict there will be decrease in frequency but...

I predict there will be decrease in frequency but no destinations being cut. That would mean some of the less profitable stations will be axed and contracted off. Obviously that would be a shame.

from what I’ve heard they’re trying to snag a FAA approval for some odd reason. Also they seem to not have stocked enough 787 engine spare parts. Not sure how far it is true but a very reliable source

they have a good chance in the US market with QR not having access to the saudi market and EY breaking apart. Coupled with the expansion in the SE asia, they have a good oppertunity

QR is a fairly decent place to work at now. Qatar itself is not my favorite country, QR would be by far better than GF. But the quality in life of cabin crew in Bah is a lot better.
