Don't give up on them completely. In my experience most of the staff try to do the right thing by us (though some are just bureaucrats).

Trouble is... Their are people out there...

Rough calculations show that the aircraft, C172's, are earning about $200 an hour. By my book that's charter rate, and very profitable for the "volunteers"...
