The area where I found blade one is only ten feet deep with a smooth hard sand bottom. The ocean is very dynamic, but that is not the case for this area of Tampa bay as it is only a couple hundred...

what happened.....

Standing on the shore.....heard a helicopter coming.....looked up and was just to about 1 o'clock position at about 500 feet, approximately 350 yards offshore.

I thought he was a bit low, but...
