Started at 16, 1000hrs by 22, ATPL at 24, now 33...

Started at 16, 1000hrs by 22, ATPL at 24, now 33 and 7000hrs. 4000hrs 737/767 RHS and still years to go to a command.Looking for a way out, to spend more time in country with the kids. Any ideas?
