Left Turning Effect

The plane moves to the left.
So we are supposed to compensate for it to the right in terms of roll and yaw?

Why I do wrong
I know it is a rule to use QNE at high altitude and qnh at low altitude but I not know why.

Why not standardize everything at 1013hPa?

Dont understand why An ailreon deflected upwards creates a lower angle of attack while an alieron deflected downwards creates a higher AOA.
Arent they supposed to be symmetrical?

Altimeter Question

I understand that altitude is dependent on temperature.
But isnt temperature localised?
I mean wouldnt the temperature change due to the weather (e.g. sunny or cloudy or depending on the season?)...
