EC 120 Arrius 2F Delta P Diaphragm

Does anyone have an understanding of cost and time frames for this recent AD 2016- 0041. Potential Delta P Diaphragm failure in the FCU.

I had some dealings with Turbomeca a few years ago and it was a slow and expensive process. Otherwise, the Arrius 2F is a good engine and you can get a barrier filter.

R44 MAUW

My Clipper 2 loaded up with full fuel, myself, wife, 6 yo daughter plus some bags is just under MAUW and cruises 110kts.

The 505 does sound interesting but I am not totally sold on the engine...

Thanks for the responses.

So a bit more investigation has revealed that in 2008 at 1045 hours the engine was inspected or repaired as the calender life was reset to 2023. But the hours were not...
