I suggest you do some general ATPL theory and basic maths revision. Prepare for the sim (lots of good info on this elsewhere on this site) and mainly using A320 and A310 sim for evaluations in DXB....

Yes, they are mainly using A310 and A320 sims in Dubai for selections.
Out of Dubai they tend to use 'conventional' aircraft ie: Boeing 737, 757 type sims, but configured as a generic Aircraft.
