In portugal you can get prices of about 100/120euros per hour in a c152...maybe cheaper if you get like a 100hours package.

Basically you do have a license...but a student licence that allows you to do all the training flight (solo and dual), supervised by an FTO.

I'd say anything from 1500€ a month is pretty good for a IFR instructor here in Portugal...
