In this critical COVID time...I guess also licensed dispatchers are having troubles looking for their first job or saving their current one, and those are the certified people for flight ops .......

Hello,
As an FAA Dispatcher I'm used to compute the Re-Dispatch point at about 89% of the total trip.
If I want to plan with EASA rules, were the contingency standard is 5% instead of the FAA 10%,...
