Decision Point computation

Hello,
As an FAA Dispatcher I'm used to compute the Re-Dispatch point at about 89% of the total trip.
If I want to plan with EASA rules, were the contingency standard is 5% instead of the FAA 10%, is this 89% rule still valid to plan a Decision Point?
In other word, where to put the Decision Point under EASA rules?
Thanks
