For all airlines a class 1 is all you need to have.

However, some CEP programmes have standards which are more strict than the Class 1. Just as an additional filter I suppose.

If so I would look at a school like PanAm in Fort Pierce. I visited them briefly in 2000 and they did'nt look half bad....
