Changing your license over will be the easy part. The difficult part will be getting working status in Canada. As there are already a lot of pilots in Canada without jobs it's hard to immigrate here...

It's about as easy as me (I'm Canadian) being able to fly for the majors in the USA. Without permanent residency status or the right to work in Canada it ain't gonna happen.

On the contrary the situation is really hot right now in Canada if you have the hours and the right experience. But as always if your a 200 hour wonder it's tough as I suppose it always will be.
