CAE Flight planning and monitoring

Hi,
I am using CAE books to study Flight planning.

I have the annex with all tables for fuel planning, distances, etc...., but I can't find the annex with charts and plates for VFR and IFR...

CL300, It will be operated under an AOC, as a first officer.

I will check BFC, since Flight training center was far away from my pocket.

Recently a chance for flying a C525 has popped up , so now I am in search process for a suitable ATO where I can get my TR.

I don't understand, it seems as if assessments were running almost on a weekly basis...then why some of us are being totally ignored???

Could somebody tell me whether it is only a matter of CV's...
