You could also be referring to the incident at SNN, involving N285F. Sounds very similar to your damage description. (Renown Aviation operating for Channex)

Fine Air 101 - Really?

Is there any further info on the Fine Air DC-8 accident. As far as most (me anyway!) understood, load shift was the primary cause?
